Sri Maha Pratyangira Devi is the Mother of Moksha (liberation). Pratyangira Sadhana is the spiritual practice that helps one realize Her, and advance towards Moksha. It is a practice to align one’s energies and consciousness with those of the Devi.
Pratyangira Sadhana as prescribed in ancient texts is complicated and is not suitable for practice by everyone. Amma Adi Sakthi and Swami Shanmuga have been guided by the Divine Mother Herself to make this Sadhana Vidya accessible to those who are genuinely seeking the Mother.
Ksham Meditation is the distilled and purest form of Pratyangira Sadhana. It is freely available to all. It is the all-encompassing practice and is the only practice to realize Sri Maha Pratyangira Devi. No other practices or sadhana are needed, nor are they given by Amma and Swami. Through their direct experience, through Atma Vidya, they have distilled and simplified the Sadhana for contemporary times, yet preserving the essence and spiritual benefits.
Ksham is the beejakshara (root syllable) of Sri Maha Pratyangira Devi. It is difficult to articulate the many layers of meaning of Ksham; it can roughly translate to Divine Bliss.
You can join the free monthly online group Ksham Meditation and be part of the pujas every New Moon and Full Moon, the days that are replete with the cosmic energies of Sri Maha Pratyangira Devi. Meditating with the Devi's beejakshara Ksham along with Amma and Swami and the group amplifies the energies.
